In accordance with article 5 of "Regulations Governing Appointment of Independent Directors and Compliance Matters for Public Companies", the reasons for his continued nomination shall be announced. 6.Countermeasures: Mr. Chen Zepeng can provide important advice for the development of our company's technology strategy due to his rich experience in semiconductor industry.
