We have recently been informed that there are some people who introduce themselves as ENKA's recruitment officials and demand fees for job applications, especially from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Philippines. We would like to inform the public that these people, who publish salary information for many positions such as welder, piping supervisor or foremen and demand money directly from job applicants by cash or IBAN transfer, have no connection with ENKA and its subsidiaries.

We would like to remind you that recruitment announcements of Human Resources for our projects are made through the Kariyer.net and LinkedIn platforms of our HR specialists, in addition to the relevant section of our website.

In the recruitment processes of ENKA projects, cash or cash equivalent payments are never requested from job applicants. Additionally, ENKA official email addresses are used for recruitment announcements, not Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. email addresses. Our HR specialists in our İstanbul Head Office or India Office contact candidates only via phone or e-mail, and face-to-face or online meetings are held in our office buildings. Our interviews are carried out by our HR specialists and technical managers following our web-based evaluation. And after that, we proceed to the wage proposal stage, which is the last step of the recruitment evaluation process.
