According to a note, the agreement aims to develop seed production in the non-food sector for the energy supply chain,
MILAN (Reuters) - Eni, through its subsidiary Eni Natural Energies, has reached an agreement to take over 17 percent of the share capital of Sis, Società italiana sementi (Bf group), for a total amount of 25 million euros.
It is planned that Eni and Sis will enter into a 10-year commercial framework agreement for the creation and start-up of a non-food seed division within Sis by next June.
