Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. announced that Concord Music Group, Inc. signed a long-term lease for 46,329 sq. ft. at 250 West 57th Street. ASCAP, RZO, and Distinguished Concerts International are also located at 250 West 57th Street, where several other spaces are available for potential tenants. These spaces include a 26,000 sq. ft. full-floor, and two tower floors with a view of Central Park, including a 12,611 sq. ft. full floor prebuilt and the 9,476 sq. ft. penthouse on the 26th floor.
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT), which owns and operates a portfolio of office, retail and multifamily assets. The Companyâs portfolio consists of approximately 8.6 million rentable square feet of office space, 0.7 million rentable square feet of retail space and 727 residential units. Its office portfolio included 11 properties encompassing approximately 8.6 million rentable square feet. Nine of these office properties are located in midtown Manhattan and encompass approximately 7.6 million rentable square feet, including the Empire State Building. Observatory segment operates the 86th and 102nd floor observatories in the Empire State Building.
