Emami Realty Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company undertakes real estate projects in residential, commercial, and retail sectors. Its projects include Emami Aastha, Emami Business Bay, Emami City, Emami Nature, Emami Tejomaya, and Emami Aerocity. Its Emami Aastha, a Bungalow Township at Joka, Kolkata, which is a development conceptualized as an Urban forest. Its Emami Nature, is an integrated township project is aggregating approximately 100 acres. The township is located on a Four Lane Highway and close to the Proposed Greenfield Airport. Its Emami Tejomaya has three towers of 27 floors and one tower of 11 floors with two, three & four BHK apartments. The Emami Aerocity features 62 acres of plotted land offering 910 residential plots (498-5250 sq ft) and 12 plots for shops (1632-4160 sq ft). The Emami Business Bay project is spread over one acre of land featuring a towering structure with 15 floors of modular office space with five levels of parking.
