Crédit Agricole has declared to the AMF that, on January 16, it indirectly crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Elior Group, and no longer holds any Elior shares within the meaning of Article 223-13 I, 2° of the General Regulations.

The banking establishment explains that this crossing of thresholds results from the return of borrowed Elior shares, as a result of which the trading exemption applies to the declarant. Its subsidiary CACIB crossed the same thresholds individually.
