Content of the Report:

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 05.01.2017 it received a notification from Lokum Deweloper Group of Companies regarding the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A. offer in the proceedings carried out on the basis if the Polish Civil Code.

The subject of the offer is cabling three 2-run overhead lines 110 kV in order to release the plot for investments planned in ul. Gnieźnieńska in Wrocław.

The works shall be completed in 2017.

The value of the offer amounts to PLN 11,990,000.

Taking into account the current portfolio of orders of ELEKTROTIM Group of Companies, ELEKTROTIM S.A. publishes the fact of receiving the notification due to the potential significant meaning for future incomes of the Group in the future.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. shall regularly inform about any changes to the confidential information and shall notify about the conclusion of the contract with a separate current report.
