ELEKTROBUDOWA SA The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA ("the Company") announces the dates of publication of the company's periodic reports in 2017.
1. The dates of publication of complete consolidated quarterly financial statements:
- for Q1 2017 - on 15 May 2017,
- for Q3 2017 - on 15 November 2017.
The complete consolidated quarterly reports of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA Group will also contain, pursuant to §83.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities […] ("Regulation"), quarterly financial information of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA.
The Management of the Company also informs that they will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2016 and a quarterly report for Q1 2017, pursuant to the provisions of §101.2 of the Regulation.
2. The complete semi-annual report for H1 2017 will be published on 31 August 2017.
The complete consolidated semi-annual report of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA Group will also contain, pursuant to §83.3 of the Regulation, condensed semi-annual financial statements of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA and a report on review of the financial statements prepared by an entity authorized to audit financial statements.
3. The dates of publication of annual reports for 2016:
- the consolidated annual report of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA Group for 2016 - on 21 March 2017.
- the separate annual report of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA for 2016 - 21 March 2017.
