Elektrobudowa SA is a Poland-based company engaged in construction and installation services mainly for the power engineering industry. The Company is involved in the design, construction and commissioning of power plants; technical consulting; the procurement of materials; the construction of extra-high- and medium-voltage substations; the servicing of protection and automation systems of existing power plants, and allied activities. Additionally, the Company produces a range of electricity distribution and transmission equipment, including switchgears, transformer stations, bus ducts, mobile substations, signal and controlling equipment, electrical apparatus and accessories. As of December 31, 2011 the Company had three subsidiaries, including Konip Sp. z o.o., Energotest Sp. z o.o. and Elektrobudowa Ukraina Sp. z o.o., as well as three associated companies.
