Electroprecizia SA is a Romania-based company primarily active in the production of electric motors and electric and electronic equipment. The Company’s portfolio includes three phase asynchronous electric motors; electric motors with two, three and four speeds; single phase asynchronous motors; generators; alternators; starters; electronic and electromagnetic voltage regulators; relays; instrument panels; transducers; oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level and voltage indicators; temperature switches, and flexible shafts, among others. The Company is also active in the provision of various services, such as repairing of electric asynchronous motors; starters and alternators remanufacturing; maintenance and repairs, and chemical and electrochemical coatings and thermal treatments. As of December 31, 2011, its subsidiaries included Electroprecizia Electrical Motors Srl, Electroprecizia Automotive Equipament Srl and Electroprecizia Electrical Equipament Srl, among others.
