Electronic Servitor Publication Network, Inc. (OTCPK: XESP) agreed to acquire All assets of Phitech Management, LLC for $2.5 million on October 27, 2023. The Company will pay an aggregate purchase price of $2.5 million, plus the assumption of the assumed liabilities as defined in such Asset Purchase Agreement. The Board of the Company authorized and approved the Company to purchase substantially all of the assets of Phitech Management.

The Asset Purchase Agreement will be entered into 40 days after the mailing of the Notice of Internet Availability of Information Statement.
