IndygoTech Minerals S.A. (WSE:IDG) sold 4.05% stake in Electroceramics S.A. (WSE:ECR) for PLN 0.8 million on October 6, 2016. IndygoTech Minerals sold 80 million shares of Electroceramics at PLN 0.01 per share. Post-completion, IndygoTech Minerals will now hold 52.5% stake in Electroceramics.
