Egyptian Gulf Bank (S.A.E.) cancelled the acquisition of a 20% stake in Aman for E-Payments from Raya Holding Company for Technology and Communication (S.A.E).

Egyptian Gulf Bank (S.A.E.) (CASE:EGBE) agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Aman for E-Payments from Raya Holding Company for Technology and Communication (S.A.E) (CASE:RAYA) on November 27, 2016. As of May 1, 2017, Raya Holding for Financial Investments has not received the money from the transaction.
