Eagle Capital Growth Fund, Inc. announced that at its Board meeting held on April 15, 2021, elected Jason W. Allen as a Director. Jason is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP in its Milwaukee office. Mr. Allen was added as a Director in Class I, with a term that expires at the Fund’s Annual Meeting in April of 2023. The Fund reluctantly went along with Director Peggy L. Schmeltz’s decision to retire from the Board as of its recent Annual Meeting.
Eagle Capital Growth Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end investment company. The Fund's objective is long-term growth utilizing the concept of total return for selecting investments. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by employing a strategy of investing in primarily United States (U.S.) issuer common stock.
