E-Star Commercial Management Company Limited announced at the board meeting held on May 8, 2024, approved Mr. Tse Yat Hong has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee (the "Audit Committee") and a member of the remuneration committee (the "Remuneration Committee") of the Company on 8 May 2024 in order to devote more time to his other business commitments.
