Demeter Corporation Public Company Limited informed that Mr. Chainoi Puankosoom, an Independent Director, a member of Audit Committee and a member of Human Resource and Remuneration Committee of the company, has submitted the notice of his resignation as director, an independent director, a member of audit committee and a member of Human Resource and Remuneration Committee of the company, effective from January 18, 2019 onwards because he is engaged in other businesses. Therefore, he might not be able to fully perform his duties.
