The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (NYSE:DNB) acquired Avention, Inc. from GTCR LLC and others for approximately $150 million on January 9, 2017. Avention, Inc. was purchased for $154.2 million, net of cash assumed. Avention, Inc. assumed $4.2 million of cash. Avention, Inc. generated approximately $60 million in revenue in 2016.
