Duketon Mining Limited (ASX: DKM) is pleased to announce that results have been received from diamond drilling at the Rosie Nickel Deposit.

Diamond drilling was completed in Q4 2019 with the aim of collecting samples within the upper violarite zone of the deposit suitable for metallurgical testwork. The holes were targeted also to infill around areas of higher grade mineralisation.

Semi-massive, breccia and stringer sulphides were intersected in all three holes with the highest nickel grade returned of 4.2% and the highest combined platinum and palladium value of 15.3 g/t. The significant intersections are currently being assayed for the full suite of platinum group elements (6 elements).

Duketon's Managing Director, Stuart Fogarty, said; 'Its great to see such significant platinum and palladium grades in these holes. These credits will add significantly to the nickel equivalent number in the updated resource calculation once the metallurgical work is completed'.

Metallurgical testwork is expected to take several weeks, once this is complete the Rosie Resource will be updated to a JORC 2012 Resource and will allow the resource to be reported on a nickel equivalent basis by including the platinum group elements (PGE's) as a nickel equivalent value.
