Duc Long Gia Lai JSC : MANAGERS FROM THE HEAD COMPANY HAVEINSPECTED SUBSIDARIES AND PUSHING THEM TO ALIGN WITH THE PLAN.

To make sure that 2016 business plan will be achieved and it will also be a base for 2017 business plan, from 22 to 25 Sept, the Group of managers from Duc Long Gia Lai had a trip to inspect the status of business at subsidiaries and company affiliates as well as the progress of implementation of key projects.

At the present time, 4 toll stations under BOT Gia Lai and BOT Dak Nong operations are stable and contribute recognized ongoing revenue to the Group.

For electronic component sectors, besides the stable operation of ANSEN in China and DLG-Hanbit in Korea, the leaders of the group has checked and pushed on the progress of preparation of the QSIC factory in HTP-district 9, and will be ready for operation in next OCT.

For energy sectors, hydro power project remains stable and contribute recognized revenue. Especially, Dak Po Co hydro power project in Kontum is going fast and will operate in 2017.

For agriculture sector, with the aim of building variety of products, the company are gradually improved preparation for the development of livestock and crops. The first agriculture project of Duc Long Gia Lai in QuangPhu, Dak Nong has completed in building housing system and supportive works and will be ready for corporation as well as receive the first cattle to take care of.

Besides all the above sectors, even though real estate sector is newly added to the company strategic sectors, real estate area has achieve important progress.

Golden Lan project in distric 7 has exceed the schedules and was sold more than 80% of all apartments which will give the stable capital for the project's fund

Nevertheless, for real estate activities to be on track and comply with the plans, Leaders of the Group also has directed the board of directors of Real Estate Company following the targets, further accelerate the progress of construction, ensuring the apartments are delivered to residents as quickly as possible. At the same time, leaders of the Group required to complete the preparations for the other two projects'groundbreaking, New Land 2 District 8 and Westen Park in Binh Tan district, early October.

In addition, leaders of the Group also comes and inspect companies in the traditional sectors such as wood processing and manufacturing, granite, hotel, bus station and parking, security guards ... and give direction to those companies continuously to maintain stable operations, ensure to achieve plans which are given by the Group. In particular, in the fields of hotels, resorts and My Khe projects, Da Nang is completing the final phase to put into operation in June, 2017 in order to welcome APEC week.
