Douzone Bizon Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A012510) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,798,561 shares pursuant to a contract with Daiwa Securities Group, Daol Investment & Securities, Hanwha Investment & Securities, Samsung Securities and Shinhan Financial Investment. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value.
The program will expire on January 31, 2023. As of October 30, 2022, the company had 1,425,365 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
