DIGITAL VALUE ANNOUNCES THE AWARDING OF NEW TENDERS AND EXTENSION OF

CONTRACTS AS A RESULT OF THE GROWTH DECREE.

The Group's key role in the country's Digital Transformation process continues through contracts for workstation management in the Public Administration.

Rome, June 7, 2022 - Digital Value, a Company at the head of a Group that operates in Italy in the ICT solutions and services sector and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker DGV), announces that, through its Smart Workplace Transformation division, and in accordance with the Growth Decree issued by the Prime Minister to encourage the broader digitization of the PA, has obtained:

• The contractual extension to 12/31/2022 of 90.000 low-impact workstations and related services worth 46 million euros, potentially billable during 2022, which are in addition to the 180.000 workstations worth 92 million euros contracted in 2021 and currently being supplied

He also reports that he has received:

• The non-effective final award of 135.000 low-impact workstations and related services worth €79.3 million plus possible contract extensions lasting 12 + 6 months, to be invoiced from 2023;
• The contractualization, with some of Italy's most significant public administrations, of 27.000 mobile workstations and related services worth 20 million euros, with supply starting in July 2022 for the next 6 months.

With these contracts, the Smart Workplace Transformation business line reaches the management of more than 500,000 workstations throughout the country, confirming Digital Value's position as a technology leader in the country's digital transition process in the ICT Infrastructure and Managed Services market.
