truCrowd, Inc. announced that has received an equity round of funding through the execution of an agreement from new investor Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. (OTCPK:DATI) on March 19, 2018. The investor will, as part of its Invest+ program, acquired a 19.9% equity stake in the company which will vest over six months, with an option to acquire an additional 19.99%. The investor will also provide capital formation services to the company through its angels+ program. The deal was made with the anticipation by both the managements that the company is one of only 38 Regulation Crowd Funding portals.
