Notice Regarding Details of Share Buyback

(Share buyback under the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to Article 165,

paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)

Dexerials Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that its Board of Directors resolved at a meeting on August 28, 2020 the details of the Company's share buyback in accordance with Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, as applied pursuant to Article 165, paragraph 3 of the Companies Act. Details of the share buyback are as follows:

1. Reason for share buyback

The primary purpose of the share buyback is to allot shares as specified restricted shares to be provided to the employees of the Company and subsidiaries of the Company prescribed in the "Notice Regarding Disposition of Treasury Stock as Restricted Stock Remuneration" announced today (August 28, 2020).

2. Details of share buyback

		(0.49% of the total number of shares issued, excluding treasury stock)

		2020 to September 17, 2020, and five business days prior to the last day of the
		fiscal period to the last day of the same fiscal period (including each quarter))

1. Share buyback method: Purchase from the open market on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (through discretionary trading by a securities company)
