Pursuant to regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEVIT)

adopts Blockchain Technology and plans to deliver end-to-end blockchain offerings.

As various market study says, 56% of Indian businesses are moving towards Blockchain technology and making the technology a part of their core business, Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEVIT) has also started adoption of Blockchain Technology and is geared up to deliver end-to-end bespoke solutions built on Blockchain Technology. Recently, DEV IT has also won their new project to deliver custom solution using blockchain. The solution shall be designed using Ethereum to implement a secure, decentralized cloud storage system. This feature uses geolocation to intelligently distribute the data across multiple private networks.

Additionally, DEV IT has also started focusing on BFSI sector, by way of providing various Digital transformation services and introducing SAS based product, recently Dev IT won an order from a popular FinTech company GoNiyo to deliver banking solutions over a mobile app. The mobile app is being designed and developed from scratch by DEV IT.

These all initiative leading for expansion and the company is expanding its operations and is setting up a new office in Kochi (Kerala) to attract more talent. The company's operations will be located at Carnival Infopark, Phase I, formerly known as Leela Infopark (Phase I), Kakkanad, Ernakulam- 682030. Additionally, DEV IT is also expanding its office in its local area where the registered office is situated. DEV IT has leased a new building at Block 10, Aaryans Corporate park, Near Shilaj Railway Crossing, Thaltej-Shilaj Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad-380 059.
