DEKPOL Group, operating in areas of general contracting services, property development activities, and the production of buckets and accessories for construction machines, has published preliminary information on business activities in property development segment in 2020. In 2020, the Company sold 148 apartments, comparing to 382 flats sold in 2019 (based on concluded reservation, property development and preliminary agreements). In the Group's financial result for 2020, 622 premises will be identified, compared to 490 apartments identified in 2019. The Group estimates, that the value of apartments sold in 2020 will amount to PLN 78 million, while the value of apartments to be identified in result of 2020 will amount to over PLN 282 million.

As at 31st of December 2020, the total number of apartments offered by the Group for sales amounted 238. Taking into account the schedule of handing over of flats in 2021, the already owned construction permits for further property development investments, as well as construction permits in progress and - in relation to sales of apartments identified in financial result - already signed reservation, property development and preliminary agreements, the DEKPOL Group intends to achieve the following operational goals in property development segment in 2021:
- sales of approx. 350 apartments of a value of PLN 150 million.
- reaching of revenues on the level of PLN 210 million, which will consist, in particular, in sales of 300 apartments identified in financial result, as well as revenues from realization of investment, referred to in current report no 26/2020 dated 1st of October 2020.

- Despite the period of general uncertainty resulting from spring lock-down and temporary limitation of lending by banks, thanks to environment of low interest rates and growing perception of housing market as a safe haven, Dekpol Deweloper's offer enjoyed great interest among customers. The interest did not decrease during the second, autumn lock-down. At the same time, pandemic verified our plans in terms of obtained building permits, and thus - possibility of rebuilding the rapidly shrinking sales offer. Our land bank allows us to offer over 5000 apartments in total for over 220 thousands of m2 (including PUM and PUU). For months we have been working intensively to obtain as many administrative decisions as possible and to supplement our portfolio with new investments. In recent months, we have introduced for sales, among other things Osiedle Kociewskie near Tczew with 121 apartments as well as Lazur Park and Villa Neptun investments on Sobieszewska Island in Gdańsk with 76 apartments in total. At the turn of the first and second quarter of this year. we are planning, among other things to start of sales of Neo Jasień investment (continuation of Osiedle Zielone) with 104 apartments, the next stage of Osiedle Pastelowe for approx. 350 apartments and the Sol Marina investment, including 130 commercial units. As a result, in 2021, we aim to increase sales to approximately 350 apartments. It is also our intention to increase the gross margin. We hope to repeat the undoubted success of the Grano Residence project in the coming years - says Sebastian Barandziak, CEO of Dekpol Deweloper.

Final data regarding sales of apartments will be published in financial statement of the DEKPOL Capital Group for 2020.
