Dear Life Co.,Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the third quarter ended June 2021. For the quarter, the company’s consolidated net sales were JPY 10,831 million against JPY 12,548 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,017 million against JPY 1,076 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPY 1,082 million against JPY 1,045 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 663 million against JPY 684 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 17.33 against JPY 17.66 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 17.29 against JPY 17.61 a year ago.
DEAR LIFE CO., LTD. is engaged in the real estate business. Real estate segment provides a range of real estate-related services, including the development and planning of real estates, investment and management of profitable real estates, asset management, and real estate brokerage. The sales promotion segment provides temporary staffing service which mainly includes sales support staff and clerical staff for condominium sales at model rooms and condominium leasing. The outsourcing service segment provides rental fee collection, payment management, arrears dunning, contract reception and delinquency warranty service.
