Regarding the holding of the 44th general shareholders' meeting, the Company had tried to hold the general shareholder's meeting avoiding the most concentrated date as much as possible.
However, considering all preparations for a smooth general shareholder's meeting such as the year-end closing and external audit schedule, the Company inevitably decided to hold the meeting on the concentrated date.
