LandStar, Inc. (OTCPK:LDSR) acquired Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. on July 31, 2017. Concurrent with the transaction, Data443™ will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of LandStar, Inc. Jason Remillard will be the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President. Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. was formed as a North Carolina corporation in July 2017 under the original name LandStar, Inc. The name of the North Carolina corporation was changed to Data443 in December 2017.
