Dare Technology Co., Ltd Approves Board Appointments; Approves Dividend for the Year 2013

Dare Technology Co. Ltd. approved the nomination of Ma Yundong as Director and Jiang Chunxia, Wang Yong and Zhang Xiaoning as Independent Directors of the company, at the AGM held on May 23, 2014.
At the same meeting, the company approved cash dividend of CNY 0.500 per 10 shares tax included for the year 2013.
