Danto Holdings Corporation announces an Equity Buyback for 1,500,000 shares, representing 4.5% for ¥1,118 million.

Danto Holdings Corporation (TSE:5337) announces a share repurchase program. Under the agreement, the company will repurchase up to 1,500,000 shares, representing 4.5% of its issued share capital for ¥1,118 million. The shares will be repurchased from TAT Capital Fund LLC.

The program is subject to approval from shareholders in the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 28, 2024. The program will be valid till April 27, 2024.
