Daito Koun Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:9367) acquired additional 13% stake in Dongbo Corporation from Kim Sun-Jun on November 5, 2018. A total of 1,950 shares were acquired as part of the deal. Kim Sun-Jun will hold 54% stake in Dongbo Corporation after the deal compared to 67% stake held earlier. Board of Daito Koun Co., Ltd. resolved in favor of the deal.
