An unknown buyer agreed to acquire a 3.79% stake in DYD Co.,LTD. (KOSDAQ:A219550) from MPDAESAN Inc. (KOSDAQ:A065150) for KRW 5.5 billion on May 6, 2022. The transaction is resolved by the board of MPDAESAN and is expected to close on June 6, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on June 7, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on August 5, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on November 11, 2022. As of November 7, 2022, transaction is expected to complete on February 7, 2023. As of February 7, 2023, the transaction is expected to close on May 8, 2023. As of May 8, 2023, the transaction is expected to close on August 8, 2023. Proceeds will be used for Securing working capital and improving financial structure. The transaction is expected to close on September 8, 2023.
