Sinoref Holdings Limited Appoints Cao Ke as Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

Sinoref Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 10 June 2015, Mr. Cao Ke has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the company, the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee of the Board.
