Amerrossa Limited agreed to acquire the remaining 9.89% stake in C.T.O. Public Company Limited (CSE:CTO) for €0.14 million on October 21, 2020. Amerrossa Limited will pay €0.007 per share. The transaction will be a form of a squeeze out merger. The deal was approved by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
