Crown Equities, Inc. informed that Mr. Reynaldo V. Reyes has been elected as an independent director of the company by vote of a majority of the Board of Directors of CEI at the regular board meeting held August 20, 2019. Mr. Reyes serves an independent director in place of Mr. Benedicto C. Legazpi, Jr., for the remainder of the year 2019-2020.
