SigmaRoc plc (AIM:SRC) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Polish Lime Operations from CRH plc (NYSE:CRH) for ?100 million on June 4, 2024. The transaction is subject to approval from Polish Competition Office Clearance. The transaction is expected to complete by end of September 2024.
