Hangzhou Yuhui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 399,900,000 in an equity round of funding on October 13, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Cosmos Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002133) for CNY 197,950,500 and HangZhou ZhongBei Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for CNY 201,949,500. Prior to the transaction, Cosmos Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002133) and HangZhou ZhongBei Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. own 49.5% and 50.0% stake in the company respectively. Post to the transaction, the registered capital will increase from CNY 100,000 to CNY 400,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the 29th meeting of the 6th board of directors of Cosmos Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002133).
