Nutribiotech Australia Pty. Ltd. announced that it has issued 10,000,000 common shares at a price of AUD 1 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 10,000,000 on May 10, 2019. The transaction involved participation from returning investor Cosmax Nbt, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A222040). The investor continues to retain 100% stake in the company. Prior to the transaction, the company had a capital of KRW 8,754,400,000 (AUD 10,659,198.83) with a total of 10,000,000 issued common shares. Post the transaction, the company has issued a total of 20,000,000 common shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
