Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (The Trust) is a law trust. The Company owns 160 retail properties (the Retail Properties) and six distribution centers (the Properties) from J.C. Penney. The Trusts operations consist solely of owning, leasing, and selling the properties. The Trust’s objective is to sell all properties to third-party investors as promptly as practicable. The Trust's real estate portfolio consists of 130 retail Properties, of which 21 are encumbered by ground leases, in the United States across 35 states and Puerto Rico, and comprising 17.3 million square feet of leasable space. The Trustee of the trust is GLAS Trust Company LLC. The Trust is externally managed by an affiliate of Hilco Real Estate LLC.
