Control Print Ltd. announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on February 13, 2017, the Board of Directors had approved appointment of Ms. Reena Shah, an Associate Member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India as the Company Secretary of the company and designated her as Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from February 13, 2017. Further, Ms. Reena Shah, will also act as Compliance Officer of the company, pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 with effect from February 13, 2017.
Control Print Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and supplying of coding and marking machines, its related consumables, and surgical / N95 Masks. Its products include continuous inkjet printer, high-resolution printer, thermal inkjet printer, thermal transfer over printer, laser printer, large character printer, consumables, surgical face mask, and N95 / FFP2 / IS 9473 Mask.
