Conifex Timber Inc. (TSXV:CFF) entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Lignum Forest Products LLP for $4.2 million on January 6, 2014. Conifex Timber intends to fund the purchase price from its existing available cash. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
The transaction is expected to close on or before January 31, 2014.
