Compania Minera Virgen De La Merced S.A.C. entered into an agreement to acquire 34% stake in Minera Eldorado Ocros S.A.C. from Condor Resources Inc. (TSXV:CN) for $1 million.

Compania Minera Virgen De La Merced S.A.C. entered into an agreement to acquire 34% stake in Minera Eldorado Ocros S.A.C. from Condor Resources Inc. (TSXV:CN) for $1 million on November 12, 2021. The consideration will be paid in installments of $0.1 million every three months, with the first payment received on signing. Upon receipt of the ten payments of $0.1 million (total $1 million), Condor will transfer its minority share holdings in Eldorado to Virgen. Project acquisition and exploration activities are managed by the Company's Lima based exploration team.
