The Plaintiff claimed to the Defendant for civil damages in violation of
the Securities Exchange Law.
In this case, only one natural person surnamed authorized the plaintiff
to sue the company for compensation. Now because the plaintiff has
terminated the right to enforce the lawsuit against the natural person
surnamed Zhang, and the natural person surnamed Zhang has not accepted
the lawsuit according to the law, the Taipei District Court of Taiwan has
ruled to dismiss this part of the lawsuit. Investors who have no
compensation in this case have been ordered by the court to withdraw from
the litigation in this case.
