Silver Hill Energy Partners II, LLC agreed to acquire 14,000 net acres in Loving County, Texas from Concho Resources, Inc. for approximately $290 million.

Silver Hill Energy Partners II, LLC agreed to acquire 14,000 net acres in Loving County, Texas from Concho Resources, Inc. (NYSE:CXO) for approximately $290 million on January 18, 2016. The transaction is subject to customary post-close adjustments. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016.
