Computershare Limited announced that its founder, Mr. Chris Morris, has advised the Company that he will not be standing for re-election at the 2021 AGM, to be held on 11th November 2021, and will retire as a director effective the end of that meeting. The company announced that John Nendick has been appointed to the Company's Board as an independent, non-executive director with effect from 21st September 2021. Mr. Nendick will stand for election by shareholders at the 2021 AGM. John Nendick is a senior finance executive who is an expert in new business models, global financial, accounting and audit matters, transactions and technology and Technology, Media and Telecomm (TMT) trends globally. He was, until recently, the Deputy Global Leader of EY's TMT business and served on EY's Global Practice Group. Mr. Nendick is based in California.
