Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) gained 7%, the day after the ski resorts and leisure parks group published its results for the first half of 2023-24, accompanied by an increase in its annual target.

Group net income rose by 19% to 128 million euros, while EBITDA margin improved by two points to 36.3%, exceeding Oddo BHF's expectations (126 million and 35.7% respectively), on sales up 12% to 761 million.

On this occasion, CDA raised its annual EBITDA target, now expecting it to rise by 15% (instead of 7% initially), an increase considered logical by the research department, which confirms its 'outperform' opinion.

"The share has recently regained some color, but it should be remembered that CDA's valuation remains well below historical multiples, while the dividend has never been so high", adds Oddo BHF.
