Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 3, 2021, Comcast Corporation notified The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, that it will redeem its (1) $800,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.100% Notes due 2025 (the "2025 Notes") in full at the redemption price and (2) $1,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.60% Notes due 2024 (the "2024 Notes" and together with the 2025 Notes, the "Notes") in full at the redemption price, in each case calculated in accordance with the indenture governing such Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption date for the Notes will be December 3, 2021.

This Current Report on Form 8-K is not a notice of redemption for the Notes.
