As of May 16, 2024, Harold W. Wyatt, III retired from service as a member of the Board of Directors of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. and Colony Bank. Also, as of May 16, 2024, Jonathan W.R. Ross did not stand for reelection at the Company's 2024 annual meeting of shareholders (the Annual Meeting") and therefore retired from service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Wyatt's and Mr. Ross's retirement did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
Colony Bankcorp, Inc. is a financial service and a bank holding company. The Companyâs business is conducted through its bank subsidiary, Colony Bank (the Bank), a Georgia state-chartered commercial bank.
