Coke Resources Ltd is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company was established primarily to acquire, explore, evaluate and exploit coal, gold and other resources primarily in Indonesia. The mining activities in Indonesia are divided into categories: mineral mining, which includes the mining of radioactive minerals, metal minerals, non-metal minerals and rocks and coal mining. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the purchased of a 97% interest in the Cristian Coal Project via 100% acquisition of Indotan Sumbawa Pte Ltd. During fiscal 2012, the purchased 75% interest in the Taliwang Gold Project via the 100% acquisition of Indotan Sumbawa Pte Ltd.
