Cofle has purchased more than 4,100 shares of its own common stock

(Alliance News) - Cofle Spa reported that it purchased 4,175 of its own ordinary shares between Jan. 15 and Jan. 19.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR7.9441, for a total consideration of EUR33,111.51.

As of today, the company holds 17,958 treasury shares, or 0.3 percent of its share capital.

Cofle is up 1.9 percent at EUR7.90 per share.
